• We arrange competitive coaches travelling on tournaments with players helping them guiding on tour, making video analysis and charting matches for further development of their games.
Tennis Coaching
- We focus on developing complete players who can perform in any match situation at any level. Using all of the resources available to us, we develop winners both on and off the court. With a program derived from the teaching fundamentals of the ITF, our coaches expertly combine technical training with mental and physical conditioning to build the complete athlete who can outsmart and outlast the competition.
- Kawaljeet with his vast experience and dedicated qualified team of coaches provide variety of coaching programmes at their coaching centers in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jullunder, Patiala,Gurugram, Ahmedabad.
- Group coaching and individual coaching according to the need of the player is arranged .
- Special camps are organised at different venues in all age groups.
- Advance coaching camps are designed according to player needs i.e Pre competition/competition preparation camps.
A Typical Day of Camp
- 7:00 am Early care
- 8:00 am Stretching, dynamic footwork, tennis conditioning
- 9:00 am Intense stroke production drills/Live ball drills
- 10:30 am Cooperative Rallies/ Situational Point Play
- 11:30 am Cool down/Stretching/relaxation.
- 12:00- pm Lunch break & rest
- 3:30 pm Interactive drills/ video
- 4:30 pm Competitive match play/ point play
- 6:00 pm Fitness/tennis conditioning/stretching.
- 6:45 pm Pick up time/after care begins.
